The box is part of the product, so this can’t be considered new. I've received used items in better condition. Also, unexpected extra fees (about 1/3 of the item's price) due to unclear listing. An international seller should be more transparent. Would not recommend.

Looks brand new! You can tell some of the buttons are a little more worn out than others, but everything is functional. No cosmetic blemishes either which is surprising. Guess Japanese people must take better care of their stuff! There was an issue with shipping my unit out but seller promptly fixed the issue. I received my product before expected. Would buy from again!

The camera and speakers all work perfectly, very happy with this purchase. It was also shipped very quickly which was surprising.
