Contacted the seller, gave me some BS excuse as to why it couldn't be done and refused to give me a partial refund on shipping. Told me it couldn't be done and that he lost money since I paid with my amex card. The proceeded to ghost me when I told him I knew how the refund process works on ebay as a seller. 👎
