I do a lot of walking, and I am on my feet a lot at work (lecturing at university), and these work well for me. I recommend adding Dr. Sholl's or equivalent insole padding as they wear out, but these are great shoes. Also, ShoeGlu does work wonders if the uppers start to separate from the soles on older shoes.
