    Item badly broken, return offered at my expense , or a pathetic 5 pounds refund. They knew was broken when posted, as I issue highlighted in the listings pictures after I received it broken. Very poor comms. Avoid.

    Unfortunately the item was damaged in the post. We did offer a pre-paid returns label to get this back to us for a refund in full, or a nominal partial refund. Unfortunately we are not able to offer partial refunds to the amount of 30% that the customer was looking for.
