Después de haber comprado una centralita, habiéndola pagado, y haber tratado con mi taller, me mandan al dia siguiente, un mensaje diciéndome que ya habian vendido dicho articulo a otra persona y que no se habian dado cuenta, hasta ese momento… Y quede mal con el taller, perdí tiempo y dinero… Para cobrar fueron ipso facto, pero para devolver el dinero tardaron unos dias, una verguenza… No comprare NUNCA MÁS en DELFINCARD. Decepcionado totalmente…

Buenas tardes, te pedimos disculpas por la experiencia primero de todo.
En primer lugar los responsables tanto del cobro como del reembolso es EBAY el dinero no lo tenemos hasta un día después de la confirmación del envió. Al cancelarse tu pedido automáticamente se emite una orden de reembolso aunque puede tardar 24/48 horas. Y la centralita no se vendió a otra persona, no se había actualizado el inventario y estaba vendida desde hacia 2 horas, si hubiéramos tenido otra la habríamos enviado.
