The seller didn’t express that there were tears in the right Chaco. It appears that the Chaco strap had been burned or cut in two places on the same strap. I’ve tried to contact the seller but they said they just didn’t communicate the issue in the description. As a buyer, it’s super shady to purchase & get a huge surprise for a cut strap. The seller is refusing additional communication or refund on the Chaco. To repair the strap is more than what I purchased the Chacos for.
