Shipping cost of $104 seemed high for a stuffed animal. But I thought it would be packaged and shipped in a large box for the addl money. Other sellers were charging $25-50-80 for shipping. This was among highest - so I expected better packaging. What arrived was basically a large heavy-weight plastic bag with tape. Nothing to help the stuffed animal keep its shape in shipping. Thankfully it was tough enough for this shipping. so complaint is high cost of shipment. But all good in end!
