Description of product said new but upon opening, the clear protective sheet was missing. It WAS opened at some point. Still useable but a little disappointing.

First of all, it IS new. Second, my listing never showed a pic of the protective plastic as there wasn't one when I got the product and third, yes it was opened otherwise how would I have taken pics of the product?? The description says, "BOXED. NEVER USED" not sealed, never opened. It's always the buyers you give a discount to that complain the loudest.
