il ricambio non era assolutamente danneggiato, il cliente ha sfruttato malignamente le regole di ebay, il ricambio danneggiato era quello che aveva lui non il mio.
logicamente ho denunciato l'accaduto a chi di dovere.
ho rimborsato totalmente l'acquirente, che non si e' nemmeno chiesto di rimandarmi il mio ricambio nuovo, perche' era perfetto.
