Misleading advertising, seller did ship the exact item shown in the listing but the item was not "unused". Upon receiving and closely inspecting the controller it was dirty, had some scratches and showed small signs of wear from previous use. After cleaning the controller and testing it I can say that it does work and is in very good (used) condition but was not new and unused as advertised which was what I paid for. Item is in good enough condition that I will not be bothering with returning it
