The shoes I received were defective in that my first time wearing them at work, the soles blew out on both shoes under my heels. There were big pockets of air in the foam throughout the outersole which basically collapsed under pressure after two hours of use. The problem was I was stuck at work for the next 7 hours and had to deal with it. Fortunately I contacted the seller and they immediately offered me a refund which was appropriate and I appreciated.
