Buyer did not bother to check the length of the bracelet to see if it would fit, which I had clearly shown in a photo with a tape measure as an adult size and complained to me that it did not fit. I do accept refunds where I have made a mistake or an item arrives broken/damaged and have provided an excellent service over the past 20 years and my feedback has been very good...I have lots of very happy customers!.
