Wrong item sent (completely different). On the same order I ordered the same case but a different colour, which arrived at the same time and was fine, so when the seller told me this item was out of stock I asked the seller to send one in the other (or any) colour. Seller was very reluctant to do anything other than offer a small discount for me to keep the wrongly-sent item, so eventually I accepted a larger refund and got the correct item elsewhere. Not happy.
