I purchased a hard copy of a book, the seller sent a link to download the book. Looking at the status of the delivery is said that it was dispatched and it is on its way by Royal Mail, today when i contacted the seller i got a reply saying that it was an e book only. This is not what i purchased. To that end, the seller can either send me the book or provide me with a refund because it’s a misrepresentation of the sale. Furthermore why was i charge post and package for a download.
