The mugs were as described however 2 of the 4 did not survive shipping. Seller was helpful & offered 1/2 refund & processed immediately upon her return from vacation. Happy with the transaction but now on the search for 2 more discontinued mugs. Wish me luck!

Buyer mistook my package with another sellers package. BUT I would have done the same thing if it would have been my package contents that arrived broken. Its all good, my four mugs arrived intact. Nice buyer.
