The seller and I agreed on a particular color (Black). This understanding is clearly documented in our last communication which preceeded the actual purchase and may be reviewed / confirmed within eBay message files. After the item was shipped a message was attached to the shipping status update indicating that the item was "White" instead of the mutually confirmed "Black" After identifying this mistake I sent a message to the seller who deflected the blame to me. A refund was offered.
