Seller Notes: “This is a fine quality antique English Art Deco tallboy, constructed from stunning figured ... “This is a fine quality antique English Art Deco tallboy, constructed from stunning figured mirror-matched walnut timbers, comprising a cupboard section and a bank of drawers below, circa 1930, in excellent original condition. The tallboy has been cleaned and French-polished, by hand, to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore the polish is in an excellent condition. The tallboy retains all its original fittings. The doors retain the original internal door latches and Art Deco handles, all of which are in good working condition. The doors close flush to the frame. The drawers feature quality dovetail construction, quarter beading (a sign of quality) and also close flush to the frame. The Art Deco tallboy retains its original backboards and it stands on its original bracket feet. This item is solid in joint and ready to use.”
