This seller is apparently crooked. They are charging over $23 for only one section of the border edging which is ridiculous. Even Home Depot sells the same item for a unit cost of only $2.86. The sellers Ebay ad was totally misleading and showed a full case of the edging, yet only sold one unit at this price.
