Seller Notes: “This is a fine quality pair of antique English Art Deco bedside chests, constructed from stunning ... “This is a fine quality pair of antique English Art Deco bedside chests, constructed from stunning mirror-matched burr walnut, with three drawers, circa 1930, in excellent condition. They are pedestals from an Art Deco dressing table, which have been adapted into bedside chests. The Art Deco bedside tables have been cleaned and French polished by hand to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore the finish is in excellent condition. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges, sides and inside the drawer bottoms, but nothing significant considering the age of them. The Art Deco bedside chests boast stunning mirror-matched burr walnut veneers, boasting a rich walnut colour, which are is in excellent condition. The drawers are well constructed, run freely and close flush to the frame and retain the original chrome handles. These Art Deco nightstands are well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.”
