I’m disgusted by the seller saying it is fantasy that I’m making up that the audio is not playing. I know the unit is overheating due to a fan issue or perhaps some capacitor is blown! Audio stops playing after ten minutes and the seller won’t process my return label to get the item back to them! Despite it being packaged well, it clearly is defective and the way they treated me as a customer is so disrespectful!
