It is a sloppy fit in width and although it will accept other inserts it will not accept most because of the top expansion of the inserts would mean cutting the sheath on the edges perhaps 3/4 inch so the sheath would accept the inserts for those using the same type insert although not OKC 3S. Great sheath though, if you have something to fit it!
