As shown in multiple pictures from beats and video's of the Tour being opened these headphone wires will have a bend in them when unpackaged as that is how beats packages them. They are not damaged in any way. You've made a false claim that these where dirty and sticky and that is untrue as they are brand new open box item. Extra ear buds are in the case as well as manuals and packaging.
