The book met expectations and was received quickly. Shipping costs were about double what USPS Media Mail was; I suppose the seller can mark that up for handling. It seems this seller did while other sellers pretty much pass on Media Mail costs for shipping. So I just figure that part of the price of the book. Otherwise, the book clearly meets the expectations from how the seller described it and I am glad to have it in my library.
