This item was a local pick up at a pawn shop which is just fine. I had called the day I made the purchased to confirm a pick up time which would be during store hours. It is an hour and twenty minute drive for me and the store was to open at 10:00 am. I arrived at 10:00 am and had to sit and wait because no one showed up to open the store until 10:15 The kill switch on the saw did not operate so I had to use the choke to kill it.
