I have not received the CD. A few days ago I was asked to pay a "customs" fee, of which I was unaware at the time of purchase. I thought it was a bit strange, so I didn't pay it. I believe that this cost should be indicated (it seems that it is only for purchases in the USA), although this is not always the case, because I have bought several CDs from the USA, and until now I have not been asked to pay this cost.
