Mixed review... no problems at all with shipping - the tea was sent out quickly and received reasonably quickly through the channels used. The tea itself, however, is not my favorite at all - a very different (I'll go out on a limb and say odd) smell and taste from other teas I have tried (and I've tried dozens of them from white, yellow, green, black, oolong and pu-erh). Not sure whether that's the nature of Tai Ping Hou Kui or whether it's just this producer.
