    I was disappointed in the cutting handle, it doesn't open all the way and when I try to open it to the very top it falls down cutting my paper before I have a change to line it up properly. I have to rest the cutting bar on my shoulder to keep it upright. It wasn't new, it did not come in the original box. They said it was used as a demo, and was not returnable. It cuts well, had a good price, and the appearance was good. Only downfall is the cutter arm slipping.
