Doll arrived in more of a broken condition than described – the neck was cracked in a very visible place (though the photo doesn't show that) and the neck was described as "loose" in the ad, though it wouldn't actually hold any position. The doll, in other words, was unusable and should have been, in my opinion, given to charity rather than sold at any price on Ebay. Seller did refund funds, though not without time-consuming and rather petty back and forth.

I appreciate your feedback, although I must respectfully disagree with your claim. It's worth noting that imperfect dolls are commonly sold on eBay, and I encourage buyers to carefully review the listing prior to purchasing. All the flaws you are stating were already shown in the photos of the listing as well as written in the description. I take great care in accurately describing all items listed as can be seen in all my prior feedbacks. I appreciate your understanding.
