Drive was clearly not new, was not in a static bag, was not in any kind of OEM packaging. Drive was 100% DOA upon arrival, obviously from numerous impacts due to the improper packaging. Seller misrepresented the item as new then did not bother to package it beyond tossing it into a box. Seller apologized and refunded the item promptly so I give them credit for that, however it wasted my time and seller was dishonest about condition.
