User never reached out to me, never let me know there was an issue with these wrappers, never tried to communicate to me about anything at all (except asking several times in as many days if it had been shipped) and NEVER requested a refund. These were shipped in a manner requested by this user. I'm not even sure what is being shown in the photo associated with this. USER HAS BEEN BLOCKED!
