As you may have noticed, the package marked as fragile and was padded as well. However if USPS wants to get rough with it, there's nothing I can do as I am not physically with the package during its entire journey to you. Had you reached out, we would've gladly sent out a replacement or accommodated. Also, I would note that double checking with buyers wouldn't constitute as treating someone "like a fool" but I do have other not so savory reviewers that I wish you could leave that comment on
