    The Ivorex plaque arrived broken into three pieces. Knowing how fragile these items are, I found it to be inadequately prepared for shipping - paper and bubble wrap, with a small piece of cardboard floating around.

    This item was packed securely. Please check my numerous positive feedbacks that showcase how well my items are packed. Sometimes the postal service damaged items due to blatant abuse of the items. I asked the buyer to send me pictures to discuss options but the buyer has not sent them.
