    The Ivorex plaque arrived broken into three pieces. Knowing how fragile these items are, I found it to be inadequately prepared for shipping - paper and bubble wrap, with a small piece of cardboard floating around.

    This item was packed securely. Please check my numerous positive feedbacks that showcase how well my items are packed.
