The only reason for neutral feedback is that the screen has a lot of micro scratches on it that are very visible in the sunlight. Communication, etc was great regarding install. I don’t know if the scratches were caused by shipping or if the seller neglected to mention. Given the communication, I’m assuming shipping.

Well, I did receive the part however after install I had to take the part to dealer for programming, was issue with vin number mismatching. The local Ford dealer tried to reprogram part but was unable to told me to get with whomever I received the part. I honestly felt that the seller would work with me even tho it was lil past 30 days but the answer was NO.
