The item was exactly as described. Messages were answered promptly. The packaging wasn't great - the chart was supposed to be in a tube for protection but came in a cardboard box with packing - however the chart had moved around inside the box and was creased. The box was also rather bendy and so could not protect the chart properly. That's why I requested a tube!
