Item listed as new but, had stains on it and the light up eyes did not work. Was purchased for my 6 yr old daughter and she wouldn't understand me taking it and sending it back. So, I accepted a $10 partial refund. Which was useless as I had to purchase batteries and safe cleaner to get the gross stains off. There are scratches on it including a large one over the eye. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SELLER OBVIOUSLY SCAMMED
