Seller does not communicate with buyers within a reasonable time frame to resolve issues. My new old stock Moen bathroom fixtures
arrived scratched and with stripped threads and buyer never responded. Shipping was also very slow.

Communication with seller was restored and issue was resolved. Seller was using desk top platform and j able to see full messages vs the mobile app. Seller sent new Moen items to replace the damaged components.
