I ordered this, the seller was going to ship but contacted me that 2 glasses had bubble imperfections. So we canceled. But I contacted her later and asked if she would just sell all to me with the bubbles. She agreed and I paid again. I'm waiting on the package it never comes and the next thing I see is the transaction is canceled. I asked the seller for a reason twice and they ghosted me. I never heard back! My money was refunded but the whole thing was not how transactions should be conducted

Rebecca I believe this is inaccurate; we checked and did not receive an email, nor did you submit a case for a refund or partial refund. We cooperate with our customers, and if the glasses were broken, we would have worked with you, but there is no proof of their being broken.
