"Our bumper covers come folded". This was part of the reply I received when I reported damage to the bumper I ordered. Their listings should state that all of their bumpers will be shipped folded up in a box. This folding created creases/ stress marks on the front of the bumper(see pictures) and this was a textured bumper that can't be painted over. They took an entire week to drop the bumper off at the shipping carrier. In their defense, they did offer a replacement or refund.
