I was sent a video of this doll having a gouge in her face where the mark is, she didn't even get to me so there was no way the mark where the hole is had tried to be removed. Upon asking for a return I was accused of being a liar and abusing ebay return policy. I am a autistic adult and for a charity to claims to help with people like myself so bad
