Beware of this seller. She does not stand behind her products/listings! Smoke detector I purchased is NOT as described. Listed as 10 year battery life, but only has 4 years left since manufacture date is 2018. She refused to refund my money, and said "4 years is a long time". I told her, 4 years is NOT 10 years! What audacity and lack of professionalism. Stay clear of this seller. Bad news!!!

Pitcher arrived broken. Huge crack from the top of the plastic vessel to the bottom. I threw it away. Packaging was totally inadequate. No cushioning of any kind was in the thin cardboard box. No styrofoam peanuts, no rolled up newspaper, nothing. The first sharp blow to the box during shipping and the plastic pitcher was shattered. I am requesting a full refund please. Or a replacement from another vendor who knows how to ship a fragile item. Thank you in advance.

I upgraded you to a box from a bubble mailer at no cost to you. It's your choice to throw away, but I would have happily let you return for refund. Sorry it broke.
