Seller tried canceling sale, relishing at a higher price. When finding they were obligated to sale they substituted a used set of Shimano 105 mechanical shifters instead of the New Dura Ace di2 disc shifters I purchased. Then given the opportunity to ship the items I purchased they did not. Though the Seller and Buyer are obligated to complete transaction there is apparently no enforcement of this eBay Policy. This Seller should not be allowed to participate on eBay
