    This was sent registered mail, so I had to drive 30 minutes to the post office, and then wait in line another 45 minutes. I'm not happy having to waste so much time.

    We send our orders by small packages, not registered letters. And you had to drive to the post office because on the day of delivery there was no authorized recipient and a notice was left. This is written in the USPS tracking.
