It was a slightly bumpy road at first as my figure arrived defective. No fault of the seller, these things happen on occasion. The seller was accommodating as he or she listened to my concerns and worked with me to resolve the issue. The seller ordered a new body and got it to me as quickly as possible. The new body works great. Aside from the clothing being difficult to get on & off, it's great looking figure, highly detailed. Would definitely do business with seller again.
