Sealed as described with low price, shipped fast, and arrived before shipping date, however, the case isn't completely mint for a sealed game, and the booklets have slight moldy smell, but I don't know if it's just the smell from being sealed for a while, or got damp somehow, since this game release came out a while ago. However, since the item appeared to be as described, I would buy from this seller again.
