Despite the item claiming to, "fit all", on it's packaging it did not fit Zeiss Conquest binoculars. I contacted The Photography Shop, who apologised, sent me a return prepaid label and organised my full refund through eBay, all in a very quick time. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
