These are the wrong colour, the picture in the listing is correct, but the actual flags have a darker blue than the listing and a darker blue than is required. Seller did offer a refund but it was too late as i had an event

We disagree. You told us Tanzania had changed the blue in its flags in the last few years. Tanzania has not changed it's flag pantone colors since its adoption in 1964. The Pantone color used in our flag is and always has been 299. That is what you received.
As we said at the time, you can return unused flags to us, just because you do not like them, you simply do not need another reason
