So I made the mistake of sending my order to an old address and then before realizing I did, I thought someone else was to blame for me not getting the item that I had bought and directed to the wrong address unknowingly. I wrote a negative message before I realized my error, then once I realized I messed up, I spoke with an eBay rep. Via a chat session and they clarified everything efficiently . I was able to retrieve my package from the address it was sent to. That rep was outstanding
