I wrote to the supplier about the product. It seems to me that they refuse to understand that the product is wrong. It dosn´t work at all. Comparing with other similar products is absolutly wrong form and material. I operate blepharoplastic since 1999. People don´t have time to return the product, and they don´t care. The saler tells me that they sold many, and no one complained. I don´t believe that. Sorry
