Although the goods were not delivered until today 21/05/2024, I received messages on both 15th and 16th May that delivery attempts had failed. It would be helpful, and less alarming if reasons were provided for the failure, as the delivery address was correct. On 14th May I received an email asking if I had received the item. Due to my being away from the delivery address for some days, I did not respond to this enquiry, but early today I was on the point of asking for a delivery date.

REALLY?? so royal mail have tried to deliver and you were not at home twice, then they eventually get it delivered and this is who's fault? So we have done our bit, Royal mail have done their bit. So why do we get this feedback because you are upset with yourself??
